Life Coaching
Life coaching is the practice of assisting clients to determine and achieve personal goals. To do this a coach will use a variety of methods, tailored to the client, to move through the process of setting and reaching their goals. Coaching provides clients with independent, non judgmental and completely confidential support in achieving their life/work goals.
Coaching is not targeted at psychological issues and coaches are not therapists. However, they can be the next step for individuals coming out of counselling/therapy and for people who want to make life changes. Coaching assists greatly in helping individuals bring their lives forward to the next level.

Barbara Hayes is a qualified Life and Performance Management Coach and has experience of life coaching as well as working with clients in the business sector. Prior to working with us, Barbara spent many years working in the government services in a variety of roles in management and Personnel. She particularly enjoyed working closely with people to help them develop their full potential and achieve work/life balance.
Barbara has a passion for working with individuals. Her focused intent is to develop her client's skills and confidence. In doing so, she has helped clients challenge their limiting beliefs and achieve their life goals. Barbara prides herself on her ability to motivate and inspire individuals to achieve real results. The coaching programme is based on focus, intent, commitment and enthusiasm from both sides.
The aim is to help clients:
Prior to any coaching contract, Barbara undertakes to meet the client and ensure that coaching is the best way forward. This background work also assists in the development of a contract. This contract is critical to the success of the programme.
