'Welcome to Counselling Services Direct. If you are reading this either you or someone you know is probably considering counselling. You may have so many questions, or perhaps worries about counselling. We hope many of your questions are answered on our website, but please feel free to ring. As always your call will be treated in the strictest confidence.
We offer counselling on a 'one to one' basis for clients 18yrs and over and have dealt with many issues over the years. We are aware that some clients find it difficult to admit that perhaps they need help in overcoming their problems but this is not a sign of weakness it is a sign of strength. It is your first step to getting your life 'back on track'. We will work hard with you to achieve your objectives whatever these might be. All our counsellors treat every client we see as unique, with their own experiences of life. We have worked with people from many different backgrounds and cultures, with all kinds of issues. We are Gay Affirmative and warmly welcome people who are Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgendered, or those questioning their sexuality.
Some people believe that counselling is just for people with 'issues' but it is not. Some clients come to us because they want to find their true potential, or their 'true self'.
We also offer a Life Coaching Service which can work wonderfully well in conjunction with counselling or can be offered as a separate service. Your 'true self' can get lost so easily in the stresses and demands of life. Why not take time out for yourself to discover the real you? The possibilities may be endless!
